The food that we serve here at the Mill is for our guests and with that in mind I always try to design a tasty menu in such a way that it fits the group.
Other than that, we aim to cook using seasonal produce and wholesome products. Given that we are located in the countryside we do our best to source what we can locally.
All our foods are at a minimum vegetarian or vegan.
Special diets such a bio, gluten- or sugar-free can also be accommodated at an extra cost.
